Our corporate Headquarters and largest division is located in Amanda, Ohio. This facility started in a garage in 1945 and has grown to the 125,000 sq. ft modern manufacturing site it is today. The Amanda facility is TS-16949 certified as well as ISO 14001 and is equipped to ship to any OEM utilizing EDI, ASN, barcode technologies.
Our facility processes and draws our own wire to our customer’s required size. With this unique feature we are able to offer a very competitive raw material price to our customers. We cold form wire sizes through difficult operations up to 31.7 mm (1 ¼’) in diameter with presses ranging from 60 to 1000 tons.
With one of our many pieces of cold form heading equipment we can also add a collar or upset to virtually any part. Our in house E-coat line can provide a finish that exceeds 336 hours of salt spray testing. With these capabilities, our Amanda facility can provide a part from raw material to a final product shipment under one roof.
