In 1990 Mid West Fabricating opened our 50,000 sq. ft. Rockmill Division dedicated to the manufacture of specialty fasteners. This cold heading division located in Lancaster, Ohio supplies a variety of specialty fasteners for the highway, lawn and garden, automotive, housing and utility markets.
Our portfolio of closed die headers are capable of producing a variety of special fastener configurations at a high rate of speed. Materials commonly used range from C-1010 thru C-1045 industrial quality, heading quality, aluminum, and stainless, up to a material grade 8. We manufacture any size ranging from 6.35mm to 28.58mm (¼” to 1-1/8”). The Rockmill Division also facilitates heat treat, assembly, mechanical or hot dip galvanizing, zinc plating, electrocoat and many others. Our quality lab located on the premises provides certifications to your request. We also offer a number of customizable packaging options that will allow for the best delivery to your facility.
Our Rockmill Division is a national leader supplying guardrail nuts and bolts to fabricators and installers large and small. We stock most common sizes of guardrail hardware and offer special packaging, assembly and shipment coordination. We can make your next order easy, quick and affordable.
